Arnold perspective:
Lee leaves work early, enjoys a leisurely lunch at Martha & Mary’s (at which point Annie informs Lee that things may be a bit more stressful for the Derzak’s), and arrives home to assist with final preparations. The aim is to arrive at the hotel in Dulles around 4-5pm with the intention of enjoying a “vacation kick-off” dinner with the Derzak’s.
Derzak perspective:
We had the same intentions, an early evening arrival with a leisurely vacation kick-off dinner; reality was a 9:00pm arrival after a TERRIBLE day at work!
